Cancellation & Refund Policy

We, Syntiaro Solution Pvt Ltd ("We", "Us", "Our", “Company”), is in the business of providing a point of sales software application under the brand name “Syntiaro” for restaurants together with optionally integrated services such as cash management, inventory management, taxes and discounts, ordering and billing, table reservation, suppliers’ marketplace, analytics, etc. using a programmable API architecture. The Company through such point of sale software application and websites also provides end to end integration of services for restaurant management to various restaurants and food outlets. The Company has created and owns the platforms and licensed the use of the same by way of various subscription model for a Subscription Fee.

RETURN/REFUND POLICIES

Our return/refund policy is a statement explaining that your business will not provide compensation for purchased products or services that customers return.

Refund rules also differ depending on the types of products or services you offer. No refund policies are allowed for products and services that are difficult to return or non-returnable, such as subscriptions and digital products.

No returns will be offered once a Application filled successfully in customer required scheme.

Fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the utilization period by the Customer. Customers will pay the Fees through an accepted payment method as specified on the Website. During the Term, the Customer may not reduce their Service Plan or User count.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund

Subscription to paid services is available on annual subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you notify us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. (You will be required to pay the renewal subscription fee within 15 days from the date of auto-renewal, failing which all your ongoing services will be suspended) In the event of termination of the subscription, there is no charge on the subscription fee and any other taxes involved in the transaction. There will be no refund. Syntiaro Solution Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change the subscription fee and charge you for the use of certain features and services that are currently available free of charge in the subscription plan. No refund policies for subscriptions typically specify that users will not get refunds for payments already made. Because subscriptions require recurring payments over a set period of time, refund policies should also address how cancellations work.

You are required to pay subscription fee as per the POS Subscription plan subscribed by you (“Subscription Fee”). The Subscription Fee for POS Subscription as stated in various subscription plans is non-refundable. Taxes may apply on the subscription fee. Your paid POS Subscription will be activated only upon successful payment of the Subscription Fee made through the Syntiaro Solution Platforms as per the applicable subscription plan chosen by you.

We can cancel your account any time on written notice to you via email. Such actions will be effective at the end of the subscription term. After the Subscription term ends, you will not have any access to the Service. There are no refunds upon cancellation.

We may cancel your account immediately in our sole discretion :

  • If you have committed persistent breach of these Terms, or any other terms applying to your use of Syntiaro POS service.
  • If you fail to comply with any restrictions.

You can entitle to cancel the account anytime. If you cancel the account, the account will get deactivated and all the rights granted under that term will be revoked. If you cancel your account before the end of your current package, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund of amount / fee paid in advance.

Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
